| Dr. Rozumek is a lawyer and director of the Organisation for Aid to Refugees (OPU). He holds a doctoral degree in International Public Law from the Masaryk University in Brno, Czech Republic. Dr. Rozumek has worked in various positions with UNHCR in Czech Republic and Pakistan, as well as at the Brno-based Society of Citizens Assisting Immigrants. He is a member of the Czech Government Human Rights Committee for Rights of Foreigners and is the national focal point for Czech Republic for the European Council of Refugees and Exiles. | |
