| Dr. Kaia Philips holds a doctoral degree in Economics and she is an associate professor of Statistics at the University of Tartu, Estonia. Her main research interests are: human capital, labour market movements (analysis of employees and employment flows), free movement of labour, labour relations and the role of unions in transition economies, research and qualitative analysis methods in economics. She is a member of the Estonian Association of Economic Scientists, board member of the Estonian Association of Statistics, and member of the European Association of Labour Economists. | |
