| Mr. Ralph Welcker is currently Head of the Department of Migration & Development at IOM in the Netherlands. He has an extensive network and a strong experience in international cooperation, migration and development and labour migration. For almost 15 years he has served as a project manager and a consultant, among others in the area of bilateral cooperation between Indonesia and the Netherlands. The past 8 years he has worked for IOM where he managed projects for temporary return of qualified migrants to post conflict countries of origin and monitored the employment of Polish nurses in the Netherlands. Mr. Welcker holds a master degree in International Relations from the Groningen University, The Netherlands. | |
