| Ms. Long is the founder and the director of the Long & Olsen (R&D Company). She has been the director of the National Centre for Gender Equality in Norway and the Head of Department at the Ministry of Local Government and Regional Development of Norway. Moreover, she served as a manager in the Deloitte Consulting and as a researcher to the Norwegian Institute for Urban and Regional Research and the University of Oslo. Former national expert in the European Commission and officer in the Norwegian Ministry for Foreign Affairs, she is currently a board member of Migration Policy Group, Brussels. She holds an advanced university degree in Social Science. | |
