	Ms. Ruth Ferrero
	Ms. Ruth Ferrero is Associate Professor at the Faculty of Political Science and Sociology, Universidad Complutense of Madrid. She holds a bachelor degree in Political Science and Administration as well as in Sociology from the Universidad Complutense of Madrid. She holds a postgraduate diploma in Political Science and Constitutional Law from the Centro de Estudios Políticos y Constitucionales, in Madrid and she is a doctoral candidate at UNED University. She has served as a political adviser (2004 – 2006) and a councilor to the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of Spain.
