| Ms. Gemma Pinyol is a Research Fellow at the Barcelona Center for International Studies (CIDOB). Her main areas of interest are the external dimension of migration policies and the Spanish and EU migration instruments. She has served as an appointed expert to the Committee of the Regions of the European Union. Moreover, she has been an associate researcher at the GRITIM-Interdisciplinary research group in immigration at Pompeu Fabra University and the Observatory of European Foreign Policy, Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. She holds a bachelor degree in Political Science and master degree in International Relations from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. She is currently a PhD candidate in Political Science at the Pompeu Fabra University. | |
