| Ms. Laura Chappell is a Senior Research Fellow at the Institute for Public Policy Research (ippr), London. She has served as an Overseas Development Institute fellow at the Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat in Fiji, working especially on regional economic integration, and the developmental impacts of labour mobility. She also worked with the Liberal Democrat Policy and Research Unit on Treasury issues. Ms. Chappell holds a bachelor degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford and a master degree in Development Economics from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London. | |
