| Ms. Sally Khallash is founder of the Centre for Global Talent Strategy, a research institution studying high skilled mobility patterns. Prior to this, she has been working as a researcher and project manager at Copenhagen Institute for Futures Studies. Her work concentrates on projects dealing with high skilled migration patterns using companies as the migration channel. She works with various businesses and organizations, from the Danish Ministry for Refugees, Immigrants and Integration and the Danish Immigration Service to AP Moeller-Maersk, Siemens, IKEA and Statoil. Ms. Khallash holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Political Science from Institute for Political Science, Aarhus (Denmark), is currently working on her PhD at the University of Copenhagen. She has studied emerging markets at the Harvard University and is a visiting research fellow at the University of Oxford. She wrote a master thesis on Integration in Denmark and Canada. | |
